OnlyFans Content Plan: How to Plan a Week of Posts
Posting every day without a plan is stressful. You run out of ideas, rush shoots, and miss days. A simple OnlyFans content plan fixes that.
This guide is for cis and trans women creators in the US and UK. We'll show you how to plan a week of posts, batch your work, and keep fans interested, without burning out.
What a content plan is
A content plan is a simple schedule of what you'll post and when. It can be a notebook, a spreadsheet, or a calendar app. It doesn't need to be fancy. It just needs to be something you'll actually use.
A plan helps you:
- Post on a steady schedule
- Avoid last-minute stress
- Mix up your content so fans don't get bored
- See what works over time
Step 1: Choose how often you'll post
Pick a schedule you can keep. There's no single right number. Posting a little, on a steady schedule, is better than posting a lot and then disappearing.
Write down which days you'll post on your page, and which days you'll post on social media to bring in new fans.
Step 2: Pick your content types
Most creators mix a few types of content. For example:
- Feed posts. Photos or videos that all subscribers see.
- Paid messages (often called PPV, or pay-per-view). Content fans unlock for a price.
- Behind-the-scenes posts. Casual moments that help fans feel close to you.
- Polls and questions. Easy ways to get fans talking.
- Promo posts on social media that point back to your page.

Step 3: Build a sample week
Here's an example layout. Change it to fit your style and schedule.
| Day | Page post | Extra |
|---|---|---|
| Mon | Photo set | Poll: what should I shoot next? |
| Tue | Short video | Social promo post |
| Wed | Behind-the-scenes | Paid message |
| Thu | Photo set | Social promo post |
| Fri | Video | Weekend offer |
| Sat | Casual post | Reply to messages |
| Sun | Rest or light post | Plan next week |
This is just an example, not a rule. Your best schedule depends on your fans and your energy.
Step 4: Batch your shoots
Batching means making a lot of content in one session. Instead of shooting every day, you might shoot once or twice a week and save the rest.
Tips for batching:
- Plan outfits and looks ahead of time
- Shoot a few different sets in one session
- Save files in clear folders by date or theme
- Keep a "backup" folder for busy or low-energy days
Step 5: Plan your promotion
Your page needs new fans to grow. Add social promo posts to your plan, and follow each platform's current rules on adult content and links. Our guide on how to promote OnlyFans has more ideas. If you're starting from zero, read how to start OnlyFans without followers.
Step 6: Review every week
At the end of each week, look at your numbers:
- Which posts got the most likes or tips?
- Which paid messages sold best?
- Which promo posts brought clicks?
Do more of what works. Drop what doesn't.
Protect your boundaries and privacy
A plan should fit your life, not take it over. Build in rest days. Write down what you won't make, and stick to it.
Before posting, check each photo and video for private details, like your street, mail, or a face you want hidden. For trans creators, this can include anything that shows details about your identity you want kept private.
When to get help
If planning, posting, and messaging take up all your time, you might want help. Some creators work with an OnlyFans account manager who builds the plan with them. You still decide what's made and what's posted.
